Torrey Pines Beach Trail Loop

Parking fee is $15 but you have in/out privileges which I think is nice thing to have. There is parking at the beach and at the top of the park. The free parking is limited and I think there is a time limit of three hours. its a steep walk to the top. My suggestion if you don't hike a lot, park at the top and save your energy for the hikes within the park. Great views. Do not miss the hike down to the beach.

Be prepared to deal with many others taking pics from family portraits, to others...just be considerate to others. There will be those who come last minute and feel they are entitled while others have been waiting patiently.

Watch the Sunset at Windansea Beach

For my first trip to the area this was a great spot for photographing sunsets. Not as many tourists when I was there. Need to watch the tides- rock vs sand and where to set up the tripod. Worth packing the tripod for long exposures.
