It definitely was a little more than your average nature walk. From what I was told in the info center, the entire trail is a little over 8 miles. Thats going from the Cliatt Creek trail (white) then venturing to the Rock Damn Trail (blue). I hit about 6.74 after coming up the same southern most path of Cliatt creek when I returned back. The trails start off simple enough and footing on some of the paths only get a little tough around the northern side of Rock Damn Trail. The trail is covered by the trees above for about 95% of the time so it’s quite cool even on a hotter day like today (high being 95 degrees). Bring snacks and plenty of water, as well as bug spray and you’ll have a great time!

Definitely well kept. Plenty of wildlife to observe, to include the alligators!
