Description

Added by Jean-Claude Linossi

Locate not far from the city of Raleigh this park has numerous trails, a river, some historic sites and a lake.

Hiked several of the trails through the wooded areas. Visited the site of an old water mill and old cemetery along the trail. The  Reedy river had lots of water and was rushing through the park.

Saw many interesting plants along my hikes.  Good place to get away from the urban noise.
