Description

There are those days when work is frankly awful. Other than quitting your job, the only thing I can recommend is a long walk among beautiful fall leaves.

The city of Greensboro maintains an extensive (for a small town) trail system. They're all around lakes or creeks so they're fairly easy to do. Trailheads are on most of the roads cutting through the lakes. Just look for the little green signs and the gravel parking lots on either side of a bridge crossing the lakes. The particular trail we took started just off of Fleming Road, to Lewiston Road, and back along the other side of the bridge.
