A short walk for a beautiful sunrise with views of the Adirondacks and Vermont's Green Mountains.

This is an easy stroll for anyone. The first 0.2 miles is following the gravel access road. You will then take a small footpath the last 0.1 miles.

For such little effort you get big rewards. The southeastern view includes Lake Champlain and the eastern view the Green Mountains of Vermont. To the northwest is Hurricane and Whiteface. Much closer is Giant and Rocky Peak Ridge, the Great Range and Dixes.

I hike to push my limits both mentally and physically, take in the beauty of the great outdoors, and just to get away from it all. Every chance I get you will find me in the mountains, on a kayak or ending my day by the campfire!
