Enjoy two beautiful waterfalls and the Hudson River shoreline along this moderate hike.

The yellow entry drive trail is accessible to vehicles and leads to the parking area.  Here you will find a kiosk and trail maps.

From the parking area you will begin on the Red Upland trail.  After a short walk you will come to a junction for the White Riverside trail.  Following the White trail first you will travel across rolling, rocky terrain past several shoreline overlooks.  Eventually you will meet back up with the Red trail and return passing the preserve's northern waterfall and impressive woodlands.

Continuing along the Red Upland trial, as you near the parking lot on your left you will see the Blue Father C. Jorn trail.  The trail will pass by the southern and most impressive waterfall.  You will also reach a peaceful sitting area along the Hudson River.   Return back on the Blue trail to the Red trail and a quick walk back to the parking lot.

Tranquility on the Hudson

Spent a few hours exploring the three main trails and the several almost hidden side trails and found quite a bit of remains of Fr. Jorn's labors. The views of the Hudson are spectacular and the hike was easy with only a couple of short steep inclines. Check out these images I snapped to get a better understanding of the natural beauty available here: https://vimeo.com/239340944
