Description

Added by Lucas Moser

For the Month of April the roads are open to Bike with out the hassle of cars.

Depending on the snowfall the roads in Yellowstone are usually snow free enough to Bike in the month of April before the park is open to vehicles.  But beware bison and animals seem bigger when you're on a bike. Can park at the Western entrance of Yellowstone Located at West Yellowstone, MT.  There is frequent Park Service vehicles going in and out of the park so it's advised to park towards the side of the road not in front of the gate.  The road is usually traveled by bison, elk, coyotes, bears, moose, geese, and every other yellowstone animal so beware.  Though there are park service vehicles and occasionally other bikers it's pretty chill and quiet. It's all up to you how far you want to bike so there's not really certain distance.
