The trail is very well managed and clean. Easy rises and falls in elevation. The views of the river were just amazing. You can climb easily down to the water in several places and really enjoy the scenery. Warning... flies. Lots of them. The hand tram was kind of cool, but there was a back up of hikers and you didn’t get to really enjoy the crossing. I loved this trail, and would have given it 5 stars were it not for the flies which really was a downer on the experience.

Started out a little before 10am. Nice hike with lots of great scenery. Saw moose and mountain sheep on our way to Rabbit lake. Once we arrived it was all it looked like on the photos. Cold clear water and being underneath suicide peaks.... just wow!!! Went a little further to another lake near by as well. Just amazing. Will do it again soon. Good for family fun as well. Not a killer hike at all.

Not sure how the write up for this only says 500 ft of elevation, but either way, we had a blast!!! Absolutely beautiful views, and lots of them. Worth the climb.
