This was a truly beautiful spot to stop and take in the nature. An easy walk brings you out to the coast line where you're overlooking a tropical-like beach with this beautiful waterfall. You can take amazing pictures of the falls and the waves crashing onto the beach. Family friendly. Maybe 1/2 a mile one way.

We knew that we wouldn't have cell phone reception during the drive, so we took screenshots of this post and used it as a guide. It definitely highlighted some great spots to hit in Big Sur.

Hike to Pfeiffer Falls

This trail was definitely well kept, clean, and family friendly. I would recommend going straight to the waterfall. The other trail is still nice, but the view "at the top" isn't too spectacular since it's actually only partially up the mountain. Definitely a good hike for beginners.
