LIVING AREAS

Featuring contemporary mountain decor and gorgeous views of the surrounding area, this lodge-style home has a warm and inviting vibe.

Spend time together in the second-floor living area, where large windows flood the space with natural light and modern furnishings include a comfortable sectional sofa. Get cozy by the gas fireplace and stream the latest shows on the 55” Roku TV.

Downstairs, a family room provides even more social space with a 28” Roku TV, PlayStation, and a classic gaming console. A queen-size sleeper sofa offers comfy seating and creates an additional sleeping option for two.

KITCHEN & DINING

Granite counters and stainless steel appliances gleam in the beautifully updated kitchen. Fuel up with a cup of coffee at the kitchen bar for four before hitting the slopes. In the evenings, serve up family meals at the eight-seat dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Sleep soundly in a king bed in the third-floor master suite, which also features a gas fireplace, 42” TV, walk-in closet, and private balcony. The en-suite bath boasts a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub -- situated next to a gas fireplace.

Also on the third floor, a kid-friendly bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed and an additional twin cot. The en-suite bath features a walk-in shower.

On the first floor, a second master suite provides a king bed and a 50” TV. The en-suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. A half bath is located on the second floor.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway).

Additional first-come, first-serve parking may also be available in the overflow parking lot at the end of the street.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
