Ask Alexa to play your favorite playlist on the home stereo system as you prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Extra perks include three kayaks, a canoe, two sets of golf clubs, tennis racquets, and a PlayStation 3.

At the end of a fun-filled day, unwind on the screened lanai or dip in the sparkling private pool.


Floor-to-ceiling windows bring ample natural light and lovely water views to the living area. Snuggle on the plush sofa and love seat or curl up with a new book in an armchair.


The kitchen boasts spacious granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner gas range. The kitchen also has a desk.

This one-story home sleeps six guests in four bedrooms.

Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the primary suite. A sofa, a love seat, and a flat-screen smart TV set the scene for Netflix movie nights. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub.

The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed, whereas the third bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds. Each bedroom also includes a laptop-friendly desk.

The fourth bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and a PlayStation 3.

The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a half bath provides additional convenience.


Start your vacation days with morning coffee in the courtyard, appointed with a fountain and two armchairs.

Relax in comfy armchairs on the screened lanai as your catch-of-the-day prepares on the gas grill. The dining table seats six to alfresco meals.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

The private pool is unheated and available for use from March to October. The fireplace in the living area is not operational.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
