Relax in two spacious living rooms or lounge and dine on the enclosed lanai overlooking the canal. The property also has a private dock that’s perfect for fishing or relaxing as you watch the boats pass. Bonus: the rental has high-speed Wi-Fi -- ideal for Zoom calls, virtual learning, etc.


Spend time together in the open-concept living area outfitted with a queen sectional sleeper and an electric fireplace. Watch films on the 51” TV with DirecTV.

Enjoy saltwater fishing off the private dock, or spend the day on the water. Your rental offers mooring for one boat, as well as a trio of Adirondack chairs perfect for dockside lounging. A fishing pole and fish cleaning station are provided.

As evening falls, relax with a cold beverage on the screened lanai, fire up the stainless steel gas grill, and dine as the sun sets.

The canals are not legal swimming areas, no swimming in the canals.


Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for three vehicles. Two fishing poles, foldable beach chairs, assorted beach toys, a small cooler, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon are provided.

While the garage is accessible, guests cannot park there. Trailer parking is not permitted. Boat trailer parking or other trailers must be parked off-site.


This waterfront property is the ideal for exploring Marco Island’s many treasures. Get out on the water from your dock and enjoy boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, or fishing. Or head to Residence Beach, 2 blocks away, to play in the surf. Public beach access is a 10-minute walk.

Guests who rent for 30+ days can purchase a beach pass for $140 from MICA to use the Residence Beach facilities -- less than a 5-minute walk. This includes access to parking, a restaurant, a park, and washrooms.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
