Just north of Mount Desert Island on the Maine Coast, this charming 3BR cottage is the perfect New England escape. Beautifully renovated and tastefully restored, details like a large double-sided stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and heaps of natural light make for an inviting retreat.

Situated on the coast, enjoy panoramas of the waterfront and Cadillac Mountain on the expansive deck. Take a walk to Lamoine Beach Park, launch a kayak from your yard, or explore the surrounding trails on the provided bikes.


A gorgeous two-sided gas fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone surround partitions the main living area and den on the first floor.

Spend time together in the living area, furnished with a 42” flat screen Roku TV, a suede sofa and two armchairs.

In the den, you’ll find another sofa, armchair, and another 42" TV.


Sleek gray countertops contrast stylishly with the all-white cabinets and a tiled backsplash in the chef’s kitchen, while high-end appliances include a five-burner gas range and a double oven.

Prepping meals has never been more scenic with picturesque views of Eastern Bay. Enjoy morning coffee at the kitchen island with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for six, or eat on the deck amidst waterfront views.


Between the three bedrooms, this two-story home sleeps up to six guests. Two full bathrooms and a half bathroom are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries.

Unwind in the first-floor master bedroom, which includes a queen bed, gas fireplace, and private access to the back deck. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in steam shower with dual showerheads.

A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination can also be found on this floor.

Upstairs, the second and third bedrooms both have full-size beds, while a half bath provides added convenience.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
