The interior features mid-century modern decor with Spanish influences. Highlights include a chef’s kitchen, an impressive primary suite, and a fabulous backyard. With a heated pool and hot tub, alfresco dining, and a firepit, this relaxing space offers a complete high-end experience.

Nestled in the Kensington neighborhood, walk to local shops, eateries, and a gourmet grocery store. Balboa Park and Mission Beach are both within a 15-minute drive.


The main house sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms.

Unwind in the living room while watching movies on the smart TV.

The chef’s kitchen has a full suite of appliances and gleaming countertops. The breakfast table seats four, while the dining table seats six.

The primary suite has a king bed, smart TV, patio access, and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower with frosted-glass sliding doors to the hot tub.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to the front yard. Ideal for kids, the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination.

The converted garage serves as a flex space/game room, and has a futon, a ping-pong table, and washer/dryer.


The studio sleeps four guests between a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with a full suite of appliances including an under-counter mini-fridge.

Experience ultimate privacy in the fully fenced backyard -- perfect for families with children. Light the gas grill for a casual cookout on the pergola-shaded patio. An eight-person table allows for breezy alfresco dining.

Lounge by the resort-style heated pool (5’ deep) or take an indulgent soak in the hot tub. As evening falls, get cozy by the gas heater, or recall the day’s adventures around the gas firepit.


Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. A tankless water heater ensures unlimited hot water.

Tandem driveway parking is available for two cars. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The interior fireplaces are not operational.

There are high-powered air-conditioning units in the guest house, primary bedroom, and kitchen, and a window air-conditioning unit in the second bedroom. The bunk room and flex space do not have air-conditioning.

Skylights in the studio and primary bedroom are free of coverings and offer natural morning light.

The single-story main house is accessed via two steps. The studio has step-free access.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
