ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Perfectly located this gorgeous 1BR unit is less than a 10-minute walk to the Convention Center, Rainey Street, and some of East Austin's most talked about restaurants, music venues and food trucks.

The apartment is on the second floor over a private, one-car garage. Our guests can park in the garage and walk up the stairs to the clean open space.

The main living space is composed of the combined kitchen, dining, and living room. The living room has a large flat screen TV, desk space, and surrounding windows with views of downtown Austin. We have a futon, which can fold out in to a full-size bed, and a queen-size air mattress for extra guests.

The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with all your cooking needs with all new stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of counter space.

The bedroom is located down the hall with a queen bed and small office nook. The full bathroom in the hallway has a beautiful tile/stone walk-in shower and granite sink.

The apartment is located in one of the most sought-after areas in the city, the Willow-Spence Historic District, featuring an intact neighborhood of houses, churches and commercial buildings built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Across the street you'll find a beautifully restored 1887 home, Cenote Café. Close by you'll find nationally recognized eateries such as Bufalina, LA Barbeque located in Quickie Pickie, Launderette, Veracruz All Natural, Juniper and an Austin landmark Juan-in-a-Million, home to the "Don Juan Taco".

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
