(Please note, the pool is solar-heated from May through September only.)

Your 4-acre retreat is less than a mile from the charming village of Glen Ellen. Get a taste of California wood-fired cooking at the Glen Ellen Star or The Fig Cafe, or prepare your own gourmet meal with fresh local produce and meats from the Village Market. INSIDE THE HOUSE

Enter the two-story Villa Vista through a sky-lit entry. Find an inviting modern aesthetic in the living/dining room, furnished with two couches, a gas fireplace, a 42” flat screen, formal dining for six, and a wall of windows overlooking the valley.

A deck off the dining area with sweeping views of Jack London State Park is the perfect location for intimate dinners.

The kitchen features a breakfast area, black granite countertops and an island, stainless appliances, and all the professional accoutrements you need to prepare a fabulous meal. The kitchen’s French doors open to a flagstone patio and path that lead to the pool.

The first of the two guest suites is also located on the main level and has a queen-size four-poster bed, views of the grounds and pool, and a full en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination and cedar-lined closets.

The second living area and well-stocked library include a flat screen TV and queen-size sofa bed for additional guests.

The pristine master bedroom features a king bed with a leather seating area at the foot. The master bath boasts teak wood countertops, high-end fixtures, and a glass shower with a rain showerhead.

Outside, you’ll find two separate dining areas, a gas grill, and beautiful vistas everywhere you look. Flagstone paths lined with hand-laid rock walls lead to the hot tub and pool, where lounge chairs and a bubbling fountain await.

Lighting throughout the grounds allows guests to enjoy outdoor living both day and night.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
