Enjoy a wonderful desert holiday at this beautifully furnished 3BR/2BA corner home in West Cathedral City.

Relaxing days begin in the large, private, saltwater pool area. Cool off with a morning dip, soak in the hot tub, or dine on the covered patio. Then pluck grapefruits from the fruit trees beside the house for freshly squeezed juice.

An expansive Great Room and entertainers’ kitchen offer lots of space for group gatherings, while lovely furnishings and sleek flooring add contemporary style.

Drive 2 minutes to Date Palm Drive for eateries, grocery stores, and shopping galore, or 5 minutes to catch world-class entertainment at Agua Caliente Casino, and 15 minutes to designer boutiques and art galleries in Palm Springs.


Kick back on the sofa, armchair, and full-size futon in the light-filled Great Room and watch a show on the 55" TV. A chic gas fireplace adds a warm ambience on cooler evenings.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a granite island, plenty of cabinetry space, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a six-seat breakfast bar. Share meals at the eight-seat dining area.

The sprawling saltwater pool and hot tub area is a tranquil haven, equipped with plenty of sun lounge chairs. A covered outdoor living area with cushioned wicker furnishings offers a shady spot for drinks.

Fire up the gas grill, then gather at the eight-person dining table. After sunset, an outdoor lighting system and a heater make this a most inviting outdoor living area.

The house sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each with a 32” TV.

Find a king bed and walk-in closet in the spacious master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. Both have walk-in closets.

A guest bathroom (connected to the hallway and second bedroom) has a walk-in shower.


Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, gym supplies, and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway and two in the garage.

If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
