After a day outside, keep the fun going in the family room, furnished with a plush sofa, two armchairs, and a 42” cable TV with Roku. In the evenings, concoct a crisp drink at the wet bar. Then, curl up by another gas-assist fireplace.

A bonus room in the loft features a desk, chair, sofa, and 42” cable TV with Roku.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for three. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for eight.

BED & BATH

This three-story home sleeps six guests between the four bedrooms and a twin daybed and twin trundle in the bonus room.

Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable queen bed. A master bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is appointed with a king bed. An en-suite second bathroom (which is also accessible from the hallway) features a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is outfitted with a four-poster king bed, while the fourth bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed.

A third bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Dine alfresco on the main deck, furnished with shaded table seating for eight and a gas grill. Additional cushioned seating is also available.

Two additional decks provide ample space to take in the breathtaking scenery and crisp mountain air.

• No smoking is allowed in or around any property.Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
