Snuggle up on the large sectional (which converts to a sleeper), and enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace with stone surround. Watch shows on the flat-screen TV or play a board game around the marble coffee table.


Recently remodeled, the stylish kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of upscale appliances.

This tranquil retreat sleeps six guests in two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.

Sleep soundly on a king bed in the ground-floor master bedroom. Watch movies on the 46” TV or step out on the back patio for some fresh mountain air. The en-suite bath boasts a double vanity and a tub/shower combination, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

Upstairs in the second bedroom, a twin-over-queen bunk bed provides extra sleeping space. This room also offers direct balcony access. A guest bath has a tub/shower combination and granite vanity.


Fire up the gas grill on the main balcony to barbecue tasty meals while enjoying stunning mountain vistas. Relax in the shared hot tub, just steps away from your unit.

This rental is also equipped with a Nest smart thermostat. Although this condo is not equipped with AC, it is rarely needed with Mammoth’s mild summer temperatures. The condo is accessed via a set of five steps.

In warmer months, travel 5.7 miles to the Lakes Basin Trailhead where you can hike or bike to crystal-clear Horseshoe Lake and other breathtaking vistas. Drive 10.7 miles from the home to find Hot Creek Geologic Site Trail.

If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
