Warm wood ceilings glow in the living room, furnished with a plush sectional and armchair. Settle in and watch a film on the 50” smart TV while the wood-burning fireplace crackles. A DVD collection and board game selection expand your entertainment options.


The eat-in kitchen features updated appliances and gleaming granite countertops. A French-door fridge and gas range make meal prep simple.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table and share a home-cooked meal.


This home sleeps six adults and one child. Gorgeous log-style bed frames add a classic touch.

Sleep soundly on a full-size bed in the peaceful master bedroom, outfitted with a flat-screen TV. A granite vanity and sparkling tub/shower combination round out the bright en-suite master bathroom. (The larger closet in the master bedroom is not available for guest use.)

A four-poster full-size bed awaits in the guest bedroom, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed as well as a single twin bed.

The guest bathroom is appointed with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.


Greet the morning with fresh coffee on your covered front porch. The private fenced yard stretches behind the home and features a patio with a grill.


Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for three cars. The garage is not available for guest use. Street parking is not permitted.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires a face-to-face check-in with the property manager. The credit card and ID that was used to make the reservation must be present at check-in.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
