Comprising a 2BR/1.5BA main home and detached studio, you’ll enjoy plenty of space for group gatherings and quiet privacy. Both featuring a small private yard, each unit has been fully remodeled to include upscale furnishings, quality appliances, and stylish California decor.

MAIN HOUSE

The main house sleeps six guests.

A large sectional provides plenty of plush seating in the living area. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. A futon offers comfy sleeping space, and the gas fireplace creates extra allure.

Home chefs will be delighted to find marble countertops and a full suite of high-end stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Perch at the kitchen bar for three as dinner simmers. When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for four in the dining area.

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and direct access to the yard. Updated features of the adjacent bathroom include a double vanity, a jetted bathtub, and a luxurious walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds two full-size beds, and a half bath provides additional convenience.

CABIN

The cabin is a studio that sleeps two guests, and is physically distant from the main house -- perfect for added privacy.

Prepare morning coffee and beach snacks in the kitchenette. Helpful gadgets include a Keurig coffeemaker, a refrigerator, and a microwave.

A plush queen-size bed promises restful nights in the sleeping area. A flat-screen TV keeps you up-to-date on favorite shows. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Each unit includes a fenced yard with a charcoal grill, seating, and a parasol for extra shade.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, beach gear, and a washer/dryer in the Main House. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided in each unit.

Parking is available for three cars, with two tandem in the driveway and one parallel in a reserved off-street space in the alleyway behind the home. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. (Street sweeping occurs every first and third Monday of the month.)

This rental does not have heating or air-conditioning; however, oscillating fans and space heaters provide climate control as needed.

A long-term renter occupies another detached unit on this property.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
