This two-story home accommodates eight guests between three bedrooms and a full-size futon in the additional living area.

Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom, appointed with a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Two guest rooms each feature a queen bed, TV, and direct outdoor access. The guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.

Driveway parking is permitted for two vehicles (street parking is not allowed). The driveway is routinely plowed during winter months; however, guests may need to utilize the provided shovels during heavy snow events.

The use of the wood-burning stove is not permitted.

This property has a sensitive septic system that does not accept toilet tissue.

Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
