This 2BR/2BA Ski-in/Ski-out to the "Right of Way Trail" condo is on the top floor, giving you amazing mountain and valley views. Enjoy a glass of wine on your balcony, sink into the shared hot tub, or do a few laps in the pool.

(Please note: The pool and hot tub area is closed and under construction for the rest of the season.)

A newly-updated kitchen, hardwood floors, lodge décor, and a wood-burning fireplace make this a perfect slope-side spot for a family or small group.

You’re a quick walk or drive from the resort base, where you can choose from an array of dining options. In summer, go hiking, rent kayaks, and bike along the Yampa River.


Take in the fresh air and mountain views from your balcony, soak in the shared hot tub, or go for a dip in the pool. With this rental you have access to several amenities, including a fitness room.

The recently remodeled kitchen is open to the living room and features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. The two barstools make a nice spot for sipping morning coffee. Pick up ingredients for a hearty pot of chili to warm up after a day on the slopes, then gather at the six-person dining table for a relaxing meal.

Unwind in the living room on the leather sleeper sofa and club chair. Enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace and watch a movie on the 37” flat-screen TV.

When you are ready to tuck in, you’ll find a king bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and slope-side views in the master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a spacious granite vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom has two twin beds; the adjacent full bath has a large granite vanity and a tub/shower combination.


This condo is ski-in/ski out, so you can glide right down to the base area of the gondola and Steamboat Springs Ski Resort. Other winter activities include dog sledding, ice fishing, and snowshoeing.

After you’ve worked up an appetite, head over to the Truffle Pig for an upscale casual restaurant with American fare. For a quick treat, Iron Waffle and Coffee Company serves authentic Belgian-style waffles and more. For a beer and hearty meal, Steamboat Bräu Haus is the spot. All are less than a 5-minute drive.

When the weather is warm, you can rent kayaks, tubes, and stand-up paddle boards at One Stop Ski Shop (13-minute drive), and then head over to the Yampa River. Or stop at Wheels Bike Shop (13-minute drive) and hit the Yampa River Core Trail.


Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a clubhouse changing room with ski lockers. Parking for one vehicle is available in the lot. Please note the fitness center currently requires a reservation.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
