Spend the day exploring the area, then retreat home to relax outside. A covered lanai offers abundant space to socialize with a grill, alfresco dining, hammock, and foosball table. You’ll also find a private saltwater pool with a waterfall as well as an outdoor shower.

LIVING AREA

Spend time together in the main living area with a 58” TV and soundbar. Two sofas and a recliner provide comfy seating.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When you’re ready to eat, gather at the dining table for six, or perch at the island for three.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-level home includes four bedrooms that sleep eight total. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, featuring a stately king bed, a walk-in closet, 47” TV, armchair, and direct access to the lanai.

In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed and a 32” TV, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The fourth bedroom doubles as an office and provides a sleeper sofa, leather chair, and ottoman. Select a book off the shelf for some light reading, or plan your day’s activities at the office nook -- outfitted with a large monitor.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Entertain outside on the covered lanai, appointed with a foosball table, Weber gas grill, outdoor sink, and alfresco dining for four.

Completely enclosed, the sparkling, saltwater pool features a fountain. An outdoor shower also provides added convenience.

This dog-friendly home includes complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, beach chairs, pool toys, and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for up to four cars with two in the garage and two in the driveway.

The pool can be heated for an additional $5 per day.

Because this home is located directly off the A1A, guests may hear noise from the road.

East of Hwy A1A, your prime location is a quick 2 blocks to the entrance of the St. Johns County Beach Access Walkover. Bring the provided beach gear and follow the charming boardwalk to a wide stretch of soft, white sand.

When dining out, excellent eateries can be reached in no time. Local favorites include Redfrog and Hazard’s (under a mile from your home) as well as South Beach Grill (within 2 miles).

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
