    The Three Kings Condominiums complex sits on the free shuttle route, so you can easily reach the nearby grocery stores to stock up on supplies. Numerous restaurants and shops are also within walking distance.

    ABOUT THE TOWNHOME

    With the kitchen open to the living and dining spaces, you can prep meals and still join the conversation. The kitchen boasts granite counters, full-size appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. Sit down to a home-cooked meal around the large 8-person dining table.

    Warm up in the cozy living room with a leather sectional. Pop in your favorite movie and turn on the gas fireplace for a cozy night in. Out in the backyard, there’s plenty of space to run in the grass and the hot tub is a treat after a day on the slopes or trails.

    With two bedrooms and a bonus sleeping space, the townhome sleeps six comfortably.

    The upstairs master bedroom comes with a king bed, a built-in dresser with vanity space, and a 32” TV. Its en-suite bath is also accessible from the main hallway and includes a double vanity, a separate water closet, and a tub/shower combination with a rainfall shower head.

    On the main level, the second bedroom features a king bed, a 30” TV, and it’s own en-suite bath with a glass-enclosed tub/shower combination (also with a rainfall shower head). A lofted bonus area has extra sleeping space with two twin beds, a 30” TV, and a closet.

    The convenient entry has ski racks and a bench for pulling off your boots. You’ll also love the half bath on the main floor and laundry room with a washer/dryer. Two reserved parking spots are included underneath the building.

    THE LOCATION

    Here for mountain adventure? Make the short walk to the Three Kings and Silver Star lifts at Park City Mountain Resort. Grab a cup of coffee at the Silver Star Cafe or at Campos Coffee Park City before heading up the mountain.

    After a day on the slopes or trails, nothing tastes better than a meal cooked by someone else—walk over to Mojos or Baja Cantina or hop on the free shuttle. The shuttle route goes right by the townhome, so you can easily reach every part of town from here.

    Several shops are also just a short walk away, including Legacy Sports, Cole Sport, and Max Snowboards. Historic downtown Park City is less than 10 minutes away, offering quaint streets for walking and even more delicious restaurant choices. Deer Valley Resort is 10 minutes away and the Salt Lake City International Airport is a 35-minute drive, getting you into and out of the area easily.
