This indulgent 1BR/1BA vacation rental on the lakefront at Spicewood will have you vacationing in style. There’s a large bedroom, modern living area, and the bathroom of your dreams with a deep soaker tub and gas fireplace that heats the living area, as well.

Take advantage of the pool with a lazy river, waterslide, and swim-up bar. Set in a convenient location off Highway 71, you can explore the wineries and distilleries of Spicewood or commune with the breathtaking natural environment - or simply stay home and enjoy!

LIVING AREA

This ultra-modern paradise offers state of the art finishes with charming touches throughout. The open-concept living area has a tiled gas fireplace and a 42” flat-screen TV above it. There is a cloth chair and a gray sleeper sofa for two.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare your morning coffee or an afternoon snack in the well-equipped kitchenette area.

BED & BATH

In the bedroom, find a comfortable king bed with upholstered frame (great for reading in bed!) and gray sleeper sofa. The adjoining bathroom offers some serious opportunities for indulgence, with a walk-in shower and extra deep soaker tub.

The gas fireplace carries through from the living room to add ambiance to your soak in the tub, and soaring 11' ceilings add to the spacious feel.

OUTDOOR AREA

Outside there’s a private fenced yard with lawn chairs and sun loungers. The covered patio has a table with six chairs, outdoor kitchen, and outside shower to wash off the day before stepping inside.

The Reserve at Lake Travis presents a remarkable array of amenities including a lighted tennis court, and an incredible swim park -- featuring a resort-style pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, swim-up cabana, and waterslide.

The swim park is open daily, weather permitting. Weekend food and beverage options on-site include The Cypress Club Lodge and The Swim Park Bar & Grill, open seasonally.

THE LOCATION

Spicewood is wine country, so whether you prefer a Tempranillo or a Zinfandel, one of the surrounding vineyards is sure to have your favorite. Why not make a day of it and try a few? And if wine isn’t your thing, head down to Crystal Creek Moonshine, a craft spirit distillery only 12 minutes by car.

Please note there are no other restaurants near The Reserve. Also, this property does not accept Living Social vouchers.

• No smoking is allowed in or around any property.Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
