The deck is a private space/area but if you have a larger group, rent both cabins 10 & 12. You'll have the option to open divider for one large outdoor deck area.

LIVING AREA

This modern luxury cabin boasts hardwood floors and sleek design, plus romantic touches throughout. In the main living space, you’ll find a 42” flat-screen TV, desk with a granite counter, and a double-sided gas fireplace that’s shared with the spa-like bathroom.

KITCHEN & DINING

The efficient kitchenette, perfect for snack prep, features a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig.

BED & BATH

The open-concept room includes a sleeping area with a king bed and a new custom-built loft with a queen bed.

And just wait until you see the bathroom! The tile walk-in shower, granite double vanity, and soaker tub next to the fireplace make for a spa-like experience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The cabin features a private patio with seating area and outdoor shower, so you can rinse off before you step inside.

The shared wooden deck is expansive, with a large L-shaped grilling area that chefs will love: it features a stainless steel grill, side burner for smaller items, light for cooking after dark, bottle opener, and mini-fridge. A rolling table with four bar stools and a set of chairs give you plenty of room to dine alfresco.

The swim park is open daily, weather permitting. Weekend food and beverage options on-site include The Cypress Club Lodge and The Swim Park Bar & Grill, open seasonally.

Please note there is moderate construction in the area during business hours (9am-6pm).

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
