The Farmhouse is one of three homes at Spring Farm. Come be rejuvenated at the Farmhouse. Our 1-acre plot in the heart of historic Spring City, Utah. It was recently built to today's highest standards but in the historic style.

The Farmhouse is adjacent to two other homes that make up Spring Farm. The Farmhouse sits on its one-acre plot. It is perfectly situated to enjoy the quaint and quiet streetscape of Historic Spring City. Take in the events and happenings of Spring City from the side porch or retreat to the charm of its private garden. When reserved in combination with The Stone Cottage & Hollyhock House, you will enjoy a great way to gather with multiple families while still having your own space.

Our family Farmhouse has been the center of many family gatherings and wonderful memories, and we would love for you to have the same. With four bedrooms and three full baths, it comfortably accommodates twelve people. The main floor bedroom has one double bed (sleeping 2); the Yellow Room has two queen beds (sleeping 4); the Red Room has one double, one single and a built-in bunk bed (sleeping 6); and the Blue Room has one double, one single (sleeping 3).

The farmhouse lives large but is cozy enough to make smaller groups enjoy the space just as much. Crisp white linens and towels and necessities are provided. You will enjoy the large fully-stocked kitchen with spacious counters, a family-sized eating area with double doors that swing open to the living room, and doors that access the farmhouse porch. The views from there stretch across the large grass area, the treehouse, the Barn and outbuildings and onto the snow-capped peaks of Horseshoe Mountain.

There is a simple beauty to enjoy at the farm. There is a natural spring (which runs intermittently) meandering through the length of the property. Take a long walk or bike ride along the quiet streets of Spring City. You will likely see deer, sheep, chickens, geese, llamas or any other of Spring City’s many animal residents. Or best of all, just curl up with a good book on the side porch.
