From the tree-lined drive to the surrounding fields and nature preserves, this 5BR/4BA estate offers a private and tranquil setting.

Nestled on a 1,700-acre ranch, your peaceful rental is comprised of two separate units. The Chalet offers a main house with two suites, a kitchen, living area, sunroom, and a wraparound deck. The Cliff House is a casita that provides extra sleeping space with three additional bedrooms.

Enjoy vast views of Oceano Dunes Lake throughout the property. Pismo Beach and the village of Arroyo Grande can be reached in minutes.

LIVING AREAS

In the Chalet, the living area offers comfy seating with a sofa and two armchairs. Get cozy by the wood-burning fireplace and watch a movie on the 55” TV with a DVD player.

An additional sitting area off the living area provides another couch, as well as a quaint office nook.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen in the Chalet. A large kitchen island with a sink provides ample space to prep meals. Helpful kitchen gadgets include a blender, toaster, and coffee maker.

When you’re ready to eat, the dining area in the Chalet features a table with three chairs and a cushioned wraparound banquette.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Between the Chalet and the Cliff House, this estate sleeps up to 10 guests.

In the Chalet, the master suite promises a good night’s sleep in a king bed. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with a water closet and a tub/shower combination.

The second suite in the Chalet includes two full-size beds, a twin daybed, and a sitting nook with several armchairs. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The Cliff House offers three more bedrooms, each appointed with two twin beds. One of these includes an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination with a handrail.

Also in the Cliff House, a guest bathroom provides a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

A sunroom off the Chalet offers four wicker chairs and beautiful views of Oceano Dunes Lake. This enclosed space leads to the wraparound deck, which features two Adirondack chairs and a gas grill.

Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for up to five cars (two covered spots and three in the driveway).

The Chalet and the Cliff House are located within 50 yards of each other.

Although the units are not equipped with central air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with the pleasant Central Coast climate.

Please note that a groundskeeper lives on-site in a separate house located approximately 700' from the rental.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
