Affectionately known as Sunset Perch, this 3BR/3BA home boasts sprawling, unobstructed mountain and valley views! An abundance of windows allows you to enjoy the vista while relaxing on comfy furnishings. Soak up the sun, practice yoga, or dine alfresco on the well-furnished terraces. You can see for miles from the rooftop deck.

Hiking trails at the bottom of the hill lead to Joshua Tree National Park. The main entrance is about a 10-minute drive away. Nestled against a hillside at the end of a quiet street, enjoy quiet privacy near downtown Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley.

LIVING AREA

Large picture windows flood the living area with California sunshine. Unwind on the sofa and stream favorite shows on the flat-screen with Apple TV. Adjacent, an armchair and window bench create an inviting reading nook.

KITCHEN & DINING

The sparkling kitchen is appointed with spacious countertops and an array of helpful gadgets. A wine fridge is included among the stainless steel appliances. Sip drinks at the kitchen bar for four as dinner simmers.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, direct terrace access, and a laptop-friendly desk. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom includes two twin-size beds and access to the terrace. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom occupies the entire second floor. Sleep soundly in a king-size bed and relax with morning coffee on the sectional. Access to the rooftop deck makes it easy to enjoy fresh air anytime. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. (Please note there is no door at the top of the stairs leading to this room.)

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Gather on the main terrace to admire valley views. The extended deck offers plush seating and an adjustable umbrella. The side terrace offers a peaceful retreat with armchairs and chaise lounges. A gas grill and a picnic table set the scene for alfresco meals.
