With a huge dock located right on Boot Key Harbor, you’ll be 5 minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico. Soak up the morning sunshine while you sip coffee by the water, then fix breakfast in the modern kitchen. Two living spaces provide your group with plenty of room to relax.

A pair of complimentary kayaks invite you to explore Marathon by water, bicycles allow you to cruise the neighborhood, and a sparkling plunge pool offers refreshment on warm days.

LIVING AREAS

Cool coastal accents create a welcoming vibe in the open-concept living room. Settle into a comfy sectional to watch a new film on the 48” TV. (The sofa opens to reveal a sleeper.)

The family room is another sunny social space with stylish seating and a 50" TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances are featured in the gourmet kitchen. This airy culinary space features a side-by-side fridge and plenty of cookware. The sleek wet bar has plenty of room for fixing drinks, plus a wine fridge.

Four can keep the chef company at the kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, serve family-style meals at a handsome dining table for 10.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The tranquil master suite has a stately king bed and a 32” TV. Find a gleaming double vanity and a remodeled walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom, which is also accessible via a dreamy guest room with a queen bed.

The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, plus a 32” flat-screen TV.

The guest bathroom is outfitted with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The expansive dock offers plenty of space for relaxing in the Gulf breeze. Choose from an outdoor lounge, a dining table for four, or a sparkling plunge pool overlooking the canal.

The boat dock and slip are available to guests for an added fee of $50 per week.

• No smoking is allowed in or around any property.Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
