As part of the Suntide II condos, you’ll enjoy a heated pool, hot tub, sundeck with palapas, tennis court, beach volleyball, and a Texas-sized BBQ area. Your central location means you’re a quick walk to shopping and dining, like Blackbeard’s and Wanna Wanna.


After spending the day on the shore, craft a scrumptious meal; the well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need. Four bar stools make a great spot for your morning coffee, and an adjacent dining table seats six.

The living room offers a comfortable space to reconnect and unwind. Settle on the leather sleeper sofa, love seat, or chair and catch a movie on the 32” flat screen TV. There’s also Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

Both bedrooms have their own en-suite baths. The spacious master suite features Gulf views, a king bed, and a 20” flat screen TV with VCR and DVD player. Its bathroom has a tub/shower combination with the vanity in a separate room.

The guest room has a full bed, a twin bed, and 20” flat screen TV. Its en-suite bathroom also has a tub/shower combination. Hotel-quality linens and towels are provided.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and an iron and ironing board. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located onsite. Guests will receive one pass to park in the garage and additional parking is located across the street.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
