Warmed by a gas fireplace, the living room features a comfy sectional that accommodates five and a 52” flat screen TV. The sunroom offers a nice selection of toys and children’s books. A mudroom and half-bath are added conveniences in the living area.

A bonus room over the garage has two full-size futons and an 80” flat screen TV with Sonos sound bar.

The sunny kitchen offers a well-equipped space to prepare meals—with a full suite of modern appliances, including a dishwasher. Gather in the bright and inviting dining room, where a farmhouse-style table seats six.

For a breath of fresh air, step onto the wooden deck through the sliding glass doors off the kitchen. There’s a grill, bistro table for two and additional seating for six, plus stairs that lead down to the lush backyard.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The master has a queen-size bed and a fireplace. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and 24” flat-panel TV. A shared walk-in closet connects to the third bedroom, which has two twin-size beds.

The full, shared bathroom has a jetted soaking tub and a walk-in glass shower, as well as a washer/dryer.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
