Perks include a wraparound deck, private hot tub, and home theater. Breckenridge Ski Resort and Main Street are a 10-minute drive.


The Great Room boasts soaring ceilings and upscale decor. Cozy up by the gas fireplace and watch the 65” TV.

The game room has a billiards table, gas fireplace, and home theater. The wet bar has a dishwasher and wine fridge.


The gourmet kitchen has ample granite counter space and top-of-the-line appliances.

Enjoy appetizers at the four-person kitchen bar, then gather for meals at the dining table for 12.


This three-story home sleeps 18 guests between seven bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV.

The master suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, and deck access. A loft includes a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The en-suite has a walk-in shower, jetted soaking tub, and private laundry room.

The second bedroom has two twin beds (which can be configured as a king upon request), while the third bedroom has a king bed. The adjacent bath has a walk-in shower. Another bath has a walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom has a king bed, a treadmill, and an en-suite with a steam shower. Only accessible via the fourth bedroom, the fifth bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds with trundles.

The sixth bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite with a tub/shower combination.

The seventh bedroom has a king bed, while an adjacent bath has a walk-in shower.


An expansive deck wraps around nearly the entire home. Soak in the six-person hot tub while burgers sizzle on the gas grill.

A gas firepit is available during colder months.


Complimentary Wi-Fi, an infrared sauna, two washers/dryers, radiant heating controls, a whole-house music system, and a whole-house vacuum system are provided.

Parking is available for four cars in the driveway and two in the garage. There is ample room for an RV in the driveway.

In winter months, driving in the area requires 4WD or chains. This includes the driveway.

Entrance to the home is via a short flight of steps. This property does not have air-conditioning.

There is an official noise ordinance in Timber Creek Estates which follows the guidelines set forth by the Town of Blue River. Violations (by persons or motor vehicles) may result in fines up to $1,000.

Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 18. Violators will be asked to vacate and all funds are forfeit.

Smoking is not permitted inside or within 10 feet of this property.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
