The main home is 2BR/2.5BA, plus a separate carriage house on the grounds with 1BR/1BA, presenting an ideal arrangement for combined groups or multigenerational vacations.

The stylish, modern décor in the living spaces (two of them – not including the one outside!) adds to the breezy, open feel. Eight can relax by the fireplace in the formal sitting room, while the second living space is the perfect area to relax and watch a film on the 74" flat-screen TV.


Preparing meals for your group is a snap in the fully equipped, flawless kitchen with new gourmet Thermador appliances and a gleaming stainless island. The indoor dining area is adjacent to the second living space, or take the meal to the dining table outside.


This home can sleep up to six guests in three bedrooms.

There are two bedrooms in the main home, a master with a king Tempur-Pedic mattress and a guest bedroom with a queen. The master bathroom is something special, with a huge walk-in steam shower and glass enclosure. A large tub/shower combination in the second bathroom is also brand new.

The unique third bedroom is in the carriage house, complete with a sink and mini-fridge, seating area, bathroom, and a Murphy bed. Fold up the bed when it’s not in use and the room becomes an extra living space for watching TV. (All three bedrooms have their own TVs.) The suite also has its own sunny outdoor seating area.


Outside, grill on the barbeque in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy your meal at the shaded table. Or grab a cocktail poolside. Swim over to the other side of the yard, which boasts a gorgeous rose garden with a small seating area, and a romantic lit gazebo with a café table and seating for four.


Our house is in the Mission neighborhood, only a short walk or drive from many local landmarks. The boutiques and restaurants of State Street are just a 3-minute drive away. Or drive 10 minutes to historic Stearns Wharf, where you can watch the pelicans, grab an ice cream, or even do some wine tasting.

If you’re craving some time on the sand, East, West, and Leadbetter beaches are all within 11 minutes’ drive.

And there are lots of historic and cultural landmarks within walking distance, including Old Mission Santa Barbara and Mission Historical Park (a 5-block walk), a 13-minute walk to Rocky Nook Park, and a 15-minute walk to the Museum of Natural History.
