The main condo features a sparkling full kitchen and a well-appointed patio overlooking the golf course. Find extra privacy in the adjoining lock-off studio, which has a fenced courtyard.

Stroll to the community pool and tennis courts. Book a day at the on-site spa to enjoy a massage and hot tub. A desirable position near Silverado Trail makes it easy to explore Napa Valley.


The main condo accommodates two guests.

Relax on a brand-new sofa and armchairs in the living area. Watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The laptop-friendly desk provides a convenient workspace.

Prepare locally inspired dishes in the kitchen, detailed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The table in the dining area seats four.

The bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an armchair, and patio access. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Sunbathe in a chaise lounge on the private patio or share alfresco meals at the table for four. The adjacent golf course presents a lovely backdrop.


The studio sleeps two guests in a plush king-size bed in the sleeping area.

Access to each one-level rental is via three exterior steps. The fireplace in the main condo is not operational. A lock-off door connects the units internally.

The community pool is unheated and open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort & Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee. The on-site restaurants and shops are open to the public.

Day passes for the spa and fitness center are available for purchase. Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Silverado Resort & Spa guests, Troon members, or can be booked for guests by a local golf pro.

Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include: room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool.

• No smoking is allowed in or around any property.Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
