BEDROOMS & BATHS

This penthouse includes three bedrooms that sleep six total.

Sweet dreams await on a king bed in the master suite, complete with a cute seating area with two swivel chairs, 40” TV, walk-in closet, and in-room jetted tub with views of the harbor. The en-suite bathroom boasts a marble double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two twin beds are found in the third bedroom, as well as an armchair, flat-screen TV, and en-suite with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Step out to the private balcony overlooking Shelter Cove Marina. Sip coffee at a two-seat bistro table or dine alfresco at the high-top table with seating for four.

Dip in the unheated, 7’ deep pool or play tennis at the on-site courts. A communal grill area is great for cookouts.

Gated parking is located in the open lot, first-come, first-serve; additional parking is available in a nearby shared lot.

Your reservation total includes the fee for two vehicles for up to two nights' stay.

Guest will have access to Palmetto Dunes Plantation, located across the street.

The Palmetto Dunes Buggy offers complimentary door-to-door transport to the beach, shops, and restaurants. This seasonal shuttle operates April-September.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
