Sheep Camp No. 90

Walk outside and be immersed in wildlife, as our 6 acres are surrounded by protected public grounds. Pick fresh apples, plums, and berries from the old apple orchard and fruit trees on our property. Relax to the sound of a year-round running spring, and spend your day exploring the old silver and gold mines nearby. Stargaze in a night sky unaffected by city lights.

Stay in a sheep wagon - similar to a modern day tiny house! - and learn how Western sheep herders lived in these portable homes to travel with their herd. Your presence in the camp is protecting the sheep from predators at night.

Enjoy nearby fishing, hiking, hunting, and access to the Oregon Trail. We are located 45 minutes from Boise, Idaho and 1.5 hours from Sun Valley.

Other nearby attractions include The Bruneau Sand Dunes, Anderson Reservoir, Hagerman Fossil Beds, Balanced Rock and old ghost/mining towns.
