Tucked in the woods of the Catskill Mts, with some of the best views, you have an easy ride to fish the West Branch River and some local streams, farmers markets for shopping, hiking horse and buggy for your travels. An abundance of wildlife, kayaking, hiking, or just a peaceful rejuvenating couple of days. You'll find the campsite tucked away in a quiet clearing - perfect for rest & relaxation. At night when it's clear, you'll have unparalleled views of the Milky Way. We have a queen sized bunkbed as well for 4 guests in the canvas tent! During the day, you're welcome to refresh yourself in the pond that we have on our property. Perfect for swimming on hot summer days. It even has a waterslide! If you want to explore the area, this campsite is the perfect home base for adventure. Stanford Public Golf Course only a 5 minute drive away and streams and ponds in the nearby area for plenty of fishing! Minekill State Park is just down the road, but you can venture further afield to places like Belleayre Mountain or fun river activities on the Schoharie River. A 45-minute drive will take you to Cooperstown, home to the famous National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. Back at the campsite, enjoy s'mores by the fire and the take it all in as the sun sets over the horizon. Welcome to the Catskills!
