Warm and inviting, the roomy condo has comfortable living areas and plenty of space to spread out. You’ll love the private balcony overlooking the pool and clubhouse, as well as the convenient covered parking.

The resort offers great amenities, including pool, two hot tubs, and tennis courts. You can also make new friends at the shared BBQ area with grills and around the community fire pit.


Warmed by a stone gas fireplace, the inviting living room abounds with character and ambiance. Slip under a blanket on the leather couch or armchair to watch movies on the 42” flat screen TV. A desk area in the living room provides a quiet place to read a book or check emails.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for après ski meals. It comes with granite counters, full-size appliances, and bar with seating for two. For a more formal feel, a dining table just off the kitchen has room for four.

The bedroom has crisp white hotel-quality bedding on the king-size bed and a dresser and closet offer ample storage space for your belongings. It also has a 32” flat screen TV. Enjoy the convenience of an en-suite bath with large soaking tub with shower combination.

Enjoy a cup of morning coffee out on the private balcony, where you can take in views of the clubhouse and pool, with the mountains beyond. It has two chairs and a bistro table.

Other conveniences include in-unit stackable washer/dryer, designated ski locker, covered parking for one vehicle, luggage carts, and elevators in the building. All guests have access to the resort’s pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. There’s also a grilling area with BBQs and patio tables and a fire pit with seating.


Steamboat Springs boasts some of the best skiing in the state and when you stay here, the slopes will be right in your backyard. Make the short 300-yard walk to the ski base—or you can also hop on the winter shuttle to access ski area, supermarket and downtown.

If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
