The main living space has an attractive open-concept layout on the second floor with large sliding glass doors and ample natural light. One of the sofas converts to a sleeper to accommodate two additional guests.

The kitchen is outfitted with gray tile backsplash and white marble countertops. Luxury appliances include a Thermador refrigerator and gas range. Eight can sit for an elegant meal at the formal dining table, and a roomy breakfast bar seats four. The condo's smart and modern aesthetic continues in the half bath on this floor.

The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, gas fireplace, and a 43” flat-screen TV with cable. Take-in mountain views via glass doors leading to the main-floor deck. The immaculate en-suite bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

On the third floor, the second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both have bright en-suite baths with marble floors. Laundry facilities are also located on this level.

Prime for sunrise, sunset, and evening grilling sessions, a large deck off the living room offers a gas grill, outdoor dining set, and stunning mountain views. Both upstairs bedrooms have access to the second deck, where guests can soak in the hot tub or enjoy good conversation from a set of unique chairs crafted from skis. Juniper Landing also has a fire pit, heated pool, and hot tub -- in addition to your private hot tub. Guests also have access to the fitness center which includes a sauna.

Private covered parking is provided for one car; additional unreserved outdoor parking is available. The home also features a humidifier.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
