With over 3,500 square feet of upscale living space, your stately Spanish Colonial retreat is comprised of a 3BR/3.5BA main house as well as a detached casita. Prepare delicious dishes in the chef’s kitchen, or step out to the loggia for a poolside cookout.


High ceilings highlight the Great Room, detailed with a gas fireplace, a 65” smart TV, and a sectional. A convenient wet bar features a wine fridge and bar seating for three. The den offers another space to unwind, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and 65” smart TV.

An entertainer’s dream, the chef’s kitchen is configured with granite countertops and professional-grade stainless steel appliances -- including a double oven. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for four, or gather at the dining table for eight.
Sleep soundly in the plush primary suite, appointed with a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, direct, loggia access, and a pool-view office area. The en-suite bath includes a double vanity, a separate water closet, a walk-in shower, and a deep jetted soaking tub.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
