Blissful beach days await just outside the back door at Pelican Pass, a 3BR/2BA home situated directly on the Gulf. Recently constructed, this rental offers all-new furnishings, beach-chic decor, and a modern kitchen. A plethora of windows fill the open living space with warm Texas sunshine.

Gather on the covered balcony to admire expansive views of the Gulf. In the evening, unwind around the beachside firepit. Other perks include alfresco dining space and an outdoor shower.


Four armchairs and a sleeper sofa provide plenty of plush seating in the living area. Screen Netflix shows on the flat-screen smart TV.


The modern gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The spacious island seats eight to beach-inspired meals.


This one-story home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The primary suite boasts a king-size bed and direct access to a private balcony with a table for two. Watch a movie on the smart TV or check email at the laptop-friendly desk. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two XL twin-over-twin bunk beds. Each bedroom also has a smart TV.

The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.


The back balcony presents a stunning view of the Gulf. Sip drinks in plush armchairs or serve lunch at the table for six.

After fun-filled beach days, rinse off at the outdoor shower. Prepare Texas-style barbecue on the charcoal grill and dine around the picnic table.

On clear nights, kick back around the wood-burning firepit by the beach and unwind to the sound of rolling waves. The private walkway provides instant access to the beach.


Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs are provided in the rental.

Parking is available for four cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

Access to the home is via a flight of exterior stairs.


Drive 11 minutes to Smith Oaks Sanctuary to stroll peaceful nature trails and spot a variety of native birds. Also an 11-minute drive, the heart of Crystal Beach is home to local shops and restaurants. Travel 24 minutes to Bolivar Point to catch the ferry to Galveston.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
