You’re 8 miles from spectacular Hearst Castle, and only a bicycle ride away from world-famous Moonstone Beach. Explore hiking trails in Fiscalini Ranch Preserve and the scenery of Point Piedras Blancas.


This three-story home boasts lovely new hardwood floors and ocean views from every level; enjoy expansive vistas from the balconies or the lush patio set amongst sloped gardens. It sleeps nine across three adult bedrooms and a bonus bunk room for the kids.

French doors yield to the open-concept living area, where couches and a rocking chair are placed around a gas fireplace with stone surround. Watch a movie on the 50” smart TV, equipped with Netflix and Roku for guests to use their personal streaming services. A DVD player and HDMI cable are provided for PC input. A second TV with DVD player is in the loft.

The well-stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you may need to whip up vacation meals.
Come together at the dining table set for eight. If you prefer dining alfresco, an outdoor dining set, Adirondack chairs, and a grill await on the large balcony.

In the spacious master bedroom, you will find a California king bed and access to a private en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed under vaulted ceilings. These ocean facing bedrooms share a panoramic ocean view and access to the third-floor balcony.

The third bedroom has an Olympic queen bed (slightly wider than a regular queen bed) with a window view of the ocean.

The kids’ bonus room in the loft is decked out for fun with a twin-over-queen futon bunk and beanbag chairs. There are three full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combination,

Guests have access to full laundry facilities and driveway parking for up to four vehicles.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
