LIVING AREAS
The sunny main living area is furnished with a sofa, an oversized chair for two, and a plush rocking chair. Kick back and watch the 65” TV.
The second living area offers space to play and relax. Watch movies on the 48” TV or set up a board game around the table for four. The spiral staircase leads to a secret sunroom. You’ll also find a wet bar with a mini-fridge and two twin-over-twin bunk beds.
The second-floor landing offers a love seat, a library, and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen boasts all-new retro-chic appliances and spacious quartz countertops. Serve morning coffee at the island bar for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably between three bedrooms and the three twin-over-twin bunks beds in the upstairs living areas.
The master suite features a king bed, a 40” TV, and a private balcony. Highlights of the en-suite bathroom include a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom holds a queen bed and a 42” TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is also accessible from the hallway.
A half bath downstairs provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Play outdoor games in the courtyard as burgers sizzle on the gas grill.
Two balconies are each furnished with tall Adirondack chairs.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars (with two in the driveway and one in the garage). Additional public parking spaces are right outside the courtyard.
Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. For on-site dining, visit REDS Patio Bar, Black Marlin Seaside Grill, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
