Orchard View Room

Urban Farm - you will receive free sustainable/organic/natural eggs, fruit, and veggies grown on the 1/4 acre of land around you - no work required from you, but you are welcome to join in the fun. Our chickens are super friendly and you are welcome to hold and pet them anytime.
>Furnished common areas include a couch, TV with Netflix, dining set, lamps, microwave, stove, fridge, kitchen items...
>The home is ready. Just arrive and start living!
>You get 1 bedroom in a home that has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living and dining areas. A young professional woman in her 20's lives in the other bedroom with her cat. She is very talented with computer animation and does most of her work from home. She also enjoys the outdoors, good food, and reading. You can also make friends with a travel nurse, also in her 20's, who lives with her small dog in another home at the farm!
>Even if you may not have thought of living with common rooms, this may still be a great option for you! We are selective about who comes to live with us, so your housemate is someone you like, and can consider a friend. It can be scary moving to a new place. When you book our Farm, you can be assured, you have a support group that wants you to have a great move to Santa Rosa!
>We (Dave and Lisa) live just around the corner and are available to help you however we can. You are welcome to drop off your pet with us while you go to work, or leave it in your home if you prefer (no extra charge for pet sitting, even overnights if you want to take a trip out of town.)
>Your bedroom comes furnished with a queen bed, a nightstand, and lamps. If you would like us to remove or add any other furniture for you, this can be arranged. We want you to be happy about moving into your new home!
>Natural Light! This room has 5 windows, 3 of which overlook our beautiful orchard and the chickens in the distance. The windows are great for letting in fresh air or for reading by. There is also a good-sized closet.
Large fenced-in backyard the whole property shares that were created with dogs in mind. There are nice tables and chairs for you to enjoy the fresh air or have guests over. Also, there is a smaller private fenced yard just for this home. It is dog safe and has 2 planter boxes if you would like to start a garden of your own.
