KITCHEN & DINING

The massive kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Ample counter space, double ovens, and two sinks allow you to easily whip up meals. Highlights of this modern space include a five-burner gas range, a walk-in pantry, and a well-stocked spice rack.

When it’s time to eat, gather at the breakfast bar for four or the eight-seat table in the dining room.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to eight guests in the four bedrooms.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a luxurious king-size bed and a 55” smart TV. A double-sided gas fireplace connects the bedroom and en-suite bathroom, where you’ll find a double vanity with an additional makeup station, as well as a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. There’s even a mini-fridge in the walk-in closet.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and a 44” smart TV. Step through sliding glass doors onto the pool deck. The second bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom provides a king bed, while the fourth bedroom has a queen. Both rooms have a 44” smart TV. A third bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend quality time together in the incredible outdoor entertaining space. Splash in the heated pool or soak in the oversized hot tub. There are plenty of loungers for poolside relaxation, and a gas grill for afternoon cookouts.

Watch the big game or a movie on the patio, which is outfitted with a 64" TV. A grassy area offers the perfect spot for playing yard games.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
