The spectacular living space, with lofted ceilings and lots of natural light, is equipped with everything needed to relax after a fun day of skiing (or at the directors’ lab at Sundance), including a gas fireplace. You’ll find a full entertainment system here, including a flat-screen TV and stereo. The main living space also has access to the wonderful balcony, with views of the Town Lift (that’s how close you are!), Park Avenue, and Lower Park Avenue.

Up one flight of stairs, you’ll find the kitchen and dining area. The chef in your group will appreciate the kitchen’s butcher block island, gas range, and kitchen bar with seating for three. Gather for meals in the dining room, furnished with an eight-seat rustic table. An adjacent sleeper sofa adds slumber space for two guests.

You’ll find more rustic luxury in the bedrooms. The master has the same fantastic vaulted ceilings and natural light, plus a king bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and stone counters. Rest comfortably on a queen bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom, located in the basement, is a bunk room with a twin-over queen bunk bed. An additional sleeping space is located in the loft area, outfitted with a twin daybed and twin trundle.

A hillside staircase takes you directly from the ski hill to the rental, as well as Main Street. Additionally, Deer Valley Resort is a 5-minute drive -- or 12 minutes by easily accessible bus.

Explore downtown Park City, featuring the famous, annual Sundance Film Festival, all of which is accessible by free festival shuttle or bus. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
