Old Sindelar Farm

The Old Sindelar Farm has been around for 100 years. Be at peace here and enjoy morning coffee on the deck or a bonfire at night. Enjoy the sounds of nature as well as the roosters. Owls hoot nearby and find our resident rabbits frolic in the yard. Chickens, turkeys, Miss Macon Bacon our Queen, and Hambone the backyard hog are always around and welcome visits. We treat people as we would like to be treated so think of us like family while here. It's not about us here. It is about your comfort and your needs.

The neighborhood is quiet and there are many things to do close by as well as a short distance away. The Goodspeed Opera House, Gillette Castle State Park, Essex Steam Train, Fox Run Golf Course, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, with Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun and the Beaches not too far away. Enjoy our on site gardens, sun terrace and walking trails to feel close to nature.

The accommodations in our three-bedroom farmhouse include a fully furnished kitchen, AC, flat-screen t.v. with DVD, W/D, and memory foam beds with 1800 count sheets. Your accommodation has been thoroughly cleaned including washing all bedding after a reservation and making sure the light fixtures have no dead bugs. Remember, we are a farm in a rural area on private property.
