Situated just 200 yards from the open ocean, this canal-front 4BR/3BA home is a dreamy oceanside coastal retreat. Impeccably appointed with coastal-chic furnishings, this newly updated space showcases modern style with gorgeous tile throughout.

Outdoor highlights include a private balcony with loungers, kayaks, as well as a shared fish cleaning station. A lawn edges the canal and private boat dock. Follow the channel to the open ocean to access prime fishing, snorkeling, and boating.


After a fun-filled day on the water, relax in the sunlit living room, furnished with a love seat and game table. Detailed with coral tile, a wood-burning fireplace crowns the room. Archways add an elegant flair to the space.

A media room is outfitted with a sectional, plush armchair, and bistro table.


The stunning chef’s kitchen has all the bells and whistles: stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space, and updated fixtures.

When it’s time to eat, enjoy meals at the glass-top table for six. Access the side yard and backyard via the dining area.


This two-story home sleeps up to seven guests in the four bedrooms.

The second-floor master suite is furnished with a stately king bed. Take in canal views from the balcony. An en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination, and can also be accessed via the third bedroom.

Downstairs, the serene second bedroom features a queen bed. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom has two twin beds. A bonus area serves as the fourth bedroom, and is outfitted with a small daybed.

A third bathroom has a walk-in shower.


Kick back in two hammocks or soak up the sun on the master bedroom balcony, complete with two loungers and canal views. Make use of the gas grill and dine alfresco at a table for five.

The backyard abuts the canal, where you can fish, boat, or launch the two provided kayaks from the 70’ dock -- it’s just a short paddle out of the canal to the Atlantic and flats!


Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a laundry room. Parking is available for four vehicles (or two SUVs) in the driveway. The driveway can accommodate a truck/trailer combination that does not exceed 30'.

The boat on-site is not available for use, however you are welcome to dock your own boat (up to 33' in length); there is no boat lift.


Marathon is a mecca of ocean activities. Go boating, deep-sea fishing, jet skiing, dolphin-watching, and snorkeling -- all within minutes of home.

Just a 10-minute walk, Oceanfront Park offers a picnic and kite-flying area, a fishing pier, and scenic vistas of the emerald waters.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
